The Script Road ("we", "us", "the site") at thescriptroad.com is run by [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME / ENTITY], [COUNTRY]. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these Terms, the Community Guidelines, the Privacy Policy, the Copyright / DMCA Policy and the removal process for intimate images.

1. Adults only

The site contains sexually explicit material. You must be 18 or older, and older if the law where you live sets a higher age (for example 19 or 21 in some US states). Don't use the site if adult content is illegal where you are. The site is not available in countries where adult content is a crime.

• You confirm it. Before the site shows you anything, it asks you to confirm all of the above, and by entering, signing up or logging in you do. Every account also ticks a box confirming it. We rely on that confirmation.
• Visitors see less. Without an account you can browse the lists of posts and their preview pictures. Reading a post, creator listings, downloads, chat and members' profiles need an account.
• Don't lie about it. A false confirmation, or letting someone under the legal age use your account, breaks these Terms, and the account is closed.
• We close any account we have reason to believe belongs to someone under the legal age.

2. Your account

• One person per account. Keep your password private; you're responsible for what your account does.
• Don't make accounts to dodge a ban, manipulate votes or contests, or spam.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the Guidelines.

3. Your content

• You keep ownership of what you post (scripts, text, images).
• You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, display, translate and distribute it only to run and promote the site (including thumbnails, previews, search and translations). This ends when you delete the content, except for copies others already downloaded, backups kept for a limited time, and content we must keep by law.
• You confirm you have the rights to everything you post, including any video you share a download link for (the "rights checkbox").
• You must label scripts honestly: hand-made, AI-assisted or AI-generated. Don't remove generator metadata to hide this.

4. Links and third-party files

Videos are hosted by third parties (Pixeldrain, Mega, video sites…), not by us. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or availability. The one-click downloader only fetches files a poster has said they have the right to share. It doesn't bypass any host's limits or protections.

5. What's not allowed

Everything in the Community Guidelines. The most serious:

• any sexual content involving minors, or characters presented as minors
• non-consensual, leaked, hidden-camera, revenge or deepfake sexual content of real people
• content you don't have the rights to
• malware, scams, phishing, illegal activity

We remove illegal content and report child sexual abuse material to the authorities (e.g. NCMEC). Intimate images shared without consent are removed within 48 hours of a request: see Report intimate images.

6. Money

The site does not sell scripts, take a cut or hold payments. Creators can sell their own scripts and memberships here: you pay the creator directly, in crypto to the creator's own wallet or on the creator's own Ko-fi page, and the site only checks that the payment arrived and unlocks what you paid for. That sale is between you and the creator: refunds, disputes and what a membership includes are up to the creator. We can't reverse a payment or recover crypto sent to the wrong address or network.

What you unlock is for your own use. If the creator allows downloads, the downloaded file may carry a small hidden mark that identifies your account. Sharing or reposting a paid script is not allowed and can get your account closed and your unlocks removed. If a creator leaves or a script is taken down, the site can't refund you.

Creators who sell: you are the seller. You're responsible for your prices, taxes, refunds and your payment provider's rules (Ko-fi's rules apply to your Ko-fi page, not ours). Use members' details only to run your membership. Tips and contest prizes are paid wallet to wallet. We are not responsible for lost or mistaken crypto transfers. Supporter perks are cosmetic only.

7. Devices and safety

Scripts move physical devices. Use them at your own risk, follow your device maker's safety guidance, start slow, and stop if anything hurts. Scripts are provided "as is". We're not liable for injury, damage or device faults.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to [USD 100 / the amount you paid us in the last 12 months].

9. Changes and ending

We may change these Terms; we'll announce big changes on the site. You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end the service.
